These influence charts reflect the control
your character has over the daily affairs of the innumerable hordes of
kine. It may take the form of contacts, allies or direct control of a
mortal agency. The following is an example of the use of these charts:
MacTavish Innes, former Prince of New York decides that he wants initiate
a phone tap. To do so, MacTavish Innes needs a Bureaucracy rating of 4
or better. Looking at his sheet, MacTavish has five and can easily get
this accomplished. If MacTavish had a rating of 3 or lower, he would need
to borrow the needed influence to get the phone tap. Influence can either
be bought through experience points and/or roleplaying. Influence can
also be borrowed from other characters, which is great way to accomplish
things that normally wouldn't get done by one Kindred alone.
